Job Summary

Talent Finder is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our Residential Care Home in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and services to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a clear vision for the future of our care home, ensuring high-quality services and care for residents and their families.
  • Lead and manage a team of carers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care and rapport with family members.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify business development opportunities and strengthen our brand locally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, CQC regulations, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate staff and manage the day-to-day running of the home, including staff supervision, workload management, and emergency on-call responsibilities.
  • Maintain a positive culture, values, aims, and objectives of the organization.

Requirements

  • NVQ level 4 or 5, Registered Manager's Award, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in care management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and services.
  • Marketing experience within a care home setting is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
