Are you the ideal candidate?
In this role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, your exceptional customer service and organizational capabilities will be essential in fostering positive customer relationships while adhering to our established quality standards.
Basic computer proficiency is required, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. Technical knowledge relevant to our industry would be beneficial.
A background in engineering is necessary.
What will your responsibilities entail?
- Managing and addressing customer technical inquiries
- Coordinating service appointments with the Managing Director and maintaining an updated service schedule
- Accessing and overseeing technical documentation for service engagements
- Preparing and distributing brief sheets for service operations
- Managing spare parts and modified equipment needed for service calls
- Ensuring service engineers are equipped with all necessary spares, technical documents, modified equipment, tools, and transportation for successful service execution
- Drafting service agreements for machinery and assisting the Managing Director in implementing service contract arrangements
- Supporting the Customer Spares Coordinator in the sales of spare parts to clients
