Front of House Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and passionate Front of House Supervisor to lead our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and a mouth-watering food offering at The Nightingale in Bicester.

Your Role

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the customer journey is exceptional, with a focus on delivering a second-to-none experience
  • Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  • Managing payments and receipts with precision
  • Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings to enhance the guest experience
  • Observing service standards and reporting any incidents or issues
  • Leading by example, providing support and guidance to the team
