At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are committed to advancing healthcare through innovative research and development. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Physician to join our team at our Synexus Clinical Research site in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
About the RoleAs a Clinical Research Physician, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of investigational medical products, ensuring that clinical trials are conducted to the highest medical, scientific, and ethical standards. You will also be responsible for fulfilling and complying with all medical duties, including ensuring that clinical trials meet the requirements of ICH/GCP and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of investigational medical products
- Fulfill and comply with all medical duties, ensuring that clinical trials are conducted to acceptable medical, scientific, and ethical standards
- Ensure that clinical trials meet the requirements of ICH/GCP and local regulations
- Provide practical help and guidance to colleagues, providing practical solutions for any problems and supporting their development
- Show meticulous attention to detail in recording patient information and data, ensuring any queries are acted upon in a timely and efficient manner
We are looking for a GMC registered Doctor with a passion for improving patient outcomes. Ideally, you will have some previous experience within clinical research and a working knowledge of GCP (ICH/GCP and local regulations compliance). You will also be a team player, capable of building and sustaining positive relationships with colleagues and patients.
