The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of hotel facilities and equipment.

Key Tasks:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance on hotel plant and equipment.
  • Update the technical library with PPM and emergency breakdown information.
  • Ensure air-conditioning meets client needs.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.
  • Assist with project work within the department.
  • Perform routine maintenance on all plant at the hotel & Spa site.
  • React to plant breakdowns in and out of hours.
  • Produce reports as required.
  • Provide full co-operation to clients and colleagues.
  • Comply with statutory and legal requirements for fire, health and safety.
