We are seeking a skilled Warehouse/IT Technician to join our team at Profiles Personnel. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test and maintain loan/service equipment
• Download and install software
• Manage and update workshop repair records daily
• Prepare equipment for dispatch to client sites

Requirements:

• Immediate availability for a temp-perm opportunity
• Confident IT skills, with experience in ticketing systems an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High standard of spoken and written English
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Full UK driving licence and own transport (on-site parking)
