Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and direction to Area Care Managers in relation to quality and compliance, ensuring accurate files and adherence to CQC standards.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve quality and compliance, driving the Quality Agenda set by the Head of Quality across the region.
  • Support Area Care Managers in completing internal quality assurance audits, improving quality and compliance while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Initiate, prioritize, and manage processes with Area Care Managers for reviewing underperforming branches in quality and compliance.
  • Ensure best practices are shared throughout the region to improve and exceed overall quality, compliance, and service standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need previous experience in a quality or compliance role within the care sector, be self-motivated, and passionate about person-centered care.
