About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Finance business unit in Glasgow. As a key member of our project management team, you'll be responsible for delivering selected technology projects within our Finance business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and ensure the definition of projects, identifying and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with other key business objectives.
  • Build and deliver appropriate projects, milestones, and sprint plans.
  • Own the issue and risk management process.
  • Project Execution and leadership of the project team.
  • Define resource dependencies across the ATS teams, business contributors, and external partners.
  • Manage project demands, intercept issues, and implement countermeasures as required.
  • Communicate key risks and issues to the PMO, project team, and business stakeholders.
  • Work within the project management team to improve processes and quality standards.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in a technology project management role.
  • Experience working within a Finance function.
  • APM or Prince 2 certification - foundation (practitioner desirable).
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in executing Waterfall, Agile projects, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • Structured approach to problem-solving and improvement planning.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight timelines.
  • Experience of delivering technical projects in an enterprise environment.
