Technical Support Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Team Lead to join our team at Jumar Solutions. As a Technical Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of technical support professionals in delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide team leadership and guidance to technical support staff
  • Provide hands-on technical support, including Wintel and Azure Cloud Technologies
  • Manage ticket queues using ServiceNow and ensure support SLAs are achieved
  • Handle incident and escalation processes, with a focus on cloud environments
  • Identify skill gaps and lead upskilling efforts within the team
  • Oversee continuous infrastructure monitoring using tools like SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, and Halcyon
Requirements:
  • Strong operational knowledge in cloud platforms, data protection strategies, and monitoring tools
  • Desktop support experience with Microsoft stack technologies and Wintel environment
  • Experience with ITIL frameworks and managing incidents, problems, and changes
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring technical teams
  • Capable of aligning technical solutions with business needs
