Job Title: BI Platform Engineer

We are seeking an experienced BI Platform Engineer to join our client, a global specialist insurer. As part of their brand-new data platform implementation, you will play a leading role in the development and support of data operations for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, support, and configure data integration platforms.
  • Take ownership of setting data governance standards for the platform to ensure data is secure and accurate.
  • Provide continuous performance maintenance and upgrades on the platform.
  • Provide support for data pipeline operations and code updates.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and partners.

Requirements:

  • Insurance or financial services experience is required.
  • Experience supporting data integration platform implementation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of ELT/ETL and data pipeline operations is needed.
  • Deep understanding of data models.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
