Cost Engineer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Cost Engineer to join our team at Rullion. As a Cost Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and delivering timely and accurate cost data and reports for our projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain cost estimates, forecasts, and reports for projects
* Ensure alignment of cost data between Cost and other Disciplines of Project Controls
* Maintain accurate cost data for projects within the financial control system (EcoSys)
* Assist in the Trend & Change process, including production of Project Change Reports
* Review and integrate cost estimates and forecasts provided by contractors and suppliers
* Adhere to Project governance and Cost standards and procedures

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or other related field
* Proven relevant experience in a Project Management or Project Controls environment in a similar Cost role
* Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and risk management techniques and associated software
* Good commercial awareness

**Nice to Have:**

* Degree in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or other related field
* Experience in the use of cost management software systems such as EcoSys
* Experience on a major construction project
* Experience in the Nuclear sector
