Job Title: Acquisition Finance

Elby Professional Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Finance professional to join our client's team in Cambridge. As a key member of the Finance and Accounting team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to align with business objectives
  • Oversee and prepare capital expenditure budgets, and annual operations
  • Develop and manage the necessary reporting for all operating and KPI requirements
  • Work with the Executive Team to prepare and present the annual five-year strategic plan
  • Evaluate the functions of the Finance department and recommend improvements to strengthen operational performance
  • Provide insightful analysis on key trends and variances
  • Assist with the addition of potential acquisition targets by evaluating and integrating them into the company
Requirements:
  • CPA is required
  • At least 10 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Acquisition integration experience would be an asset
  • Experience reporting to a foreign parent company would be an asset
  • Previous Public accounting experience is an asset, but not a requirement
