Job Summary:
Dalkia UK is seeking a highly skilled Projects QSHE Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters to support our projects across the UK.
About the Role:
- Provide competent and definitive QSHE advice, guidance, and leadership to the Projects team.
- Assist in actively improving QSHE standards across all EDF projects.
- Manage and carry out QSHE inspections on all project works across the contract.
- Assist in maintaining project QSHE records as required.
- Coach and mentor employees in QSHE induction programmes and other training required for projects.
- Participate in Health & Safety Codes of Safe Working and other Environmental issues to ensure total compliance with Dalkia Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy.
- Make recommendations on matters concerning continuous improvement and "adding value" that may improve the productivity, costs, quality of service delivery, etc.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
- NEBOSH Diploma or working towards.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
- Training experience.
- Project work / general construction background.
