Head of People and Culture Opportunity

DB Search Ltd is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Head of People and Culture to join a growing PE-backed business based near Haywards Heath and Crawley. This newly created position will take ownership of forward-thinking people strategies and day-to-day operational HR, driving employee engagement and planning for the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cohesive policies and procedures to ensure parity across the business.
  • Partner with the senior leadership team to advise on the impact of new ideas and projects from a HR perspective.
  • Develop and implement talent mapping, engagement, learning & development, and organisational design strategies to drive high-performance teams.
  • Lead the development of employee benefits, HR/People systems, and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Align the people function with overall business objectives, driving growth and success.

This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking senior leadership team that values its people and understands the importance of a business partnering people function. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business and contribute to its growth and success.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and operational leader with a proven track record in HR and people development. They will be motivated to design and implement innovative people initiatives and embed them across the business. With 1 direct report, they will be responsible for driving employee engagement, talent development, and organisational design.
