Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Oversight:
· Collaborate with project coordinators to develop and implement compliance review plans.
· Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments to ensure adherence to grant management protocols.
· Provide guidance on potential risks within the grant portfolio.
· Ensure timely resolution of compliance findings and maintain an updated asset register.
· Advise on audit requirements for sub-grantees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Documentation and Communication:
· Maintain accurate documentation in both physical and electronic formats.
· Communicate effectively with colleagues and partners regarding shared information.
· Document all communications and provide regular updates on monitoring activities.
Financial Management:
· Ensure grant recipients have adequate cash flow to support project activities.
· Submit monthly cash requests and monitor expenses to provide financial analysis.
· Collect and review supporting documentation from grantees, ensuring timely reporting.
Contract Management:
· Monitor and track contracts to ensure all recipients have active agreements.
· Facilitate pre-award assessments and provide technical justifications for grant selections.
· Collaborate with various teams to address any issues related to grant management.
Capacity Building:
· Provide training and technical assistance to grant recipients on compliance and financial management.
· Continuously enhance your knowledge of project management and grant regulations.

Qualifications:
· A minimum of three years of experience in grants administration and management.
· A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
· Experience in project management is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with federally-funded programs and international non-profit organizations.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proficiency in relevant software.
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Willingness to travel as required.
