Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Yard Operative to join our team in Dereham. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing stock levels, and operating a forklift truck to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers to the branch and take an active interest in their projects
- Develop a thorough knowledge of our product lines to offer expert advice and assistance to customers
- Prepare customer orders, load and unload vehicles using a forklift truck to minimize manual handling
- Inspect incoming deliveries and report any missing or damaged products
- Maintain accurate stock levels in both the shop and warehouse areas

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm, with every second Saturday morning, 8:00am-12:00pm. The location is Greens Rd, Dereham NR20 3TG.
