Ryanair Engineering, delivered by Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd, is seeking a highly skilled Shift Support Manager to join our team at Stansted Airport. Reporting to the STN Line Manager, the successful candidate will work directly with the Engineering Shift Leader to ensure the efficient and effective management of the operation.

The Shift Support Manager will be responsible for assisting the Duty Shift Leader with the day-to-day running of the busy line station, with a focus on ensuring compliance with all company procedures and policies. This includes communicating with various external stakeholders and Ryanair Maintenance Control, as well as completing engineering investigations following any accidents or incidents.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Aviation or Engineering sector, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. They will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to demonstrate excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with managerial experience, ready to lead technical teams in a diverse and fast-changing environment. They will also have full computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Office and be able to use AMOS Software.
