About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you'll be responsible for leading a team of educators and providing outstanding care and education for children aged 2-3 years old. You'll work closely with our experienced team to create a stimulating and engaging environment that promotes learning, creativity, and social development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality early years education and care
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all children
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Contribute to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early years education

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An early years qualification at level three or above
  • Demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting
  • Excellent EYFS knowledge and a passion for enabling children to become happy and confident learners
  • Hands-on leadership and role modelling of best-practice to inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes
