About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at MHA, a leading provider of specialist care for older people. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement nursing care plans to ensure the delivery of quality care in line with organisational policies and procedures.
- Dispense and administer medication in accordance with prescriptions, adhering to NMC guidelines and organisational policy.
- Act as a clinical expert, advising and guiding colleagues on clinical issues associated with care planning, delivery, and evaluation.
- Maintain clinical practice through regular updates and ensure that your own practice reflects current clinical knowledge and evidence.
Requirements:
- Active UK PIN and current living within a 10-mile radius of the care home.
