About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and capable individual to lead our lunchtime team at Airmyn Park Primary School. The successful candidate will have experience of school lunchtimes and a strong understanding of leadership, positive play, and behaviour management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the lunchtime team under the guidance of the Senior Leaders
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for pupils during lunchtime
  • Manage behaviour and maintain a positive play environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a high-quality lunchtime service

Requirements

  • Experience of school lunchtimes and leadership
  • Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and safeguarding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
