Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Chilmington Green School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our teaching staff to deliver an outstanding curriculum to our students.

About the Role:

  • Support teaching staff with teaching and learning activities to ensure all students access the full curriculum.
  • Plan and deliver learning activities with individuals, groups, and classes to meet the needs of all students.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching and learning.

About Us:

Chilmington Green School is a brand-new secondary school that opened in September 2023. We are part of the United Learning trust, a group of schools committed to providing a life-changing education to children and young people across England.
