About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ATA Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an organized Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Perform operational duties, projects, and reports to continuously improve our production process.
  • Handle reactive maintenance tasks to address equipment breakdowns and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Prepare handovers and shift reports to ensure seamless communication and knowledge transfer.
  • Suggest and implement continuous improvements to enhance our production efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • Medium to heavy industry experience with a strong understanding of production processes.
  • Engineering qualifications at Level 3+ or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues at all levels.
