Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Experience Manager to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing customer experience projects that drive satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement customer experience projects that drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and manage detailed customer journey maps for all brands, markets, and channels.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform customer experience strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and memorable experiences.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer experience or product management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization platforms.
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end customer journeys and UX/UI.
  • Experience with customer experience management and listening tools.
  • Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
