About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Showroom Manager at our Leamington Spa showroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets through face-to-face contact and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain a wide range of product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
  • Calculate quantities and specify requirements, produce quotes, and process orders efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the showroom team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn and develop new skills.
  • Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and occasional travel to other showrooms.
