Job Summary:

360 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our client's Private Property team in a full-time, 35-hour role. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a Senior Associate and a wider team of fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of the team's administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to a Senior Associate and a wider team of fee earners, including diary management, document production, and file maintenance.
  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including letters and precedents, in line with the fee earners' requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to electronic and paper files, maintaining an organized and accessible document set.
  • Support the administrative functions in progressing projects from start to finish, including regular reporting on project scope, costs, and billing.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, working in a client-focused role to meet deadlines and work at pace.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Legal Secretary or Administrative Assistant, ideally with some experience in Agricultural law.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and assistance as needed.
