About the Role:
- Leadership and Management: You will lead a team of production operatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Process Improvement: You will identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Supply Chain Management: You will work closely with our suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components, and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Quality Assurance: You will implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
