Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the implementation of a large-scale ERP and CRM rollout, working closely with the Deployment Team to refine global procedures and align local processes and data.
  • Assist in providing support and report project progress to key stakeholders.
  • Work with teams to interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques, understanding product structures and configurations.
  • Oversee day-to-day team management, setting clear objectives, allocating tasks, and providing technical guidance.
  • Support the development of project plans to influence project timescales and meet stakeholder specifications.
  • Present analysis results and project solutions to key stakeholders, including senior leaders and internal customers.
  • Develop and prepare technical records and reports to demonstrate compliance with specifications and relevant standards.
  • Communicate project status to key stakeholders on a frequent basis.
  • Collect and review project risks and issues, creating action and mitigation plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate the support of multiple sites at different stages of deployment.
  • Align business processes, test cases, training material, and policies with the Microsoft Framework.
  • Contribute to workshops, including alignment meetings on data mapping, approaches, and governance.
  • Coordinate the analysis of engineering data and guide teams in preparing their data for migration.

Requirements

  • Essential experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
  • Essential experience in Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Preferable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PLM systems.
  • Willingness to travel.
