A dynamic role has arisen for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team at Vertical Advantage, a leading business in the industry.

The Role

This will be a combination of customer service and inventory management. You'll be managing key customers and managing their stock & delivery within the site, but also being the focal point of managing service level agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for key customer enquiries which could be commercial or operational.
  • Manage customers from onboarding and having their stock at the site.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships in the form of reviews and reporting.
  • Be on hand to communicate customer feedback with stakeholders in the business.
  • Taking part in training and development programs to benefit the business and customers.

The Person

  • Strong customer / account management background within Logistics / Supply Chain.
  • Industry experience is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Pro-activity and self-starter mentality is essential.
