About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Azure Operations Engineer to join our team at Constant Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Business Systems department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of our Azure cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with external partners on the implementation of cloud-based solutions, ensuring they meet our business needs.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the Azure environment.
  • Recommend and support improvement projects aimed at optimising cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage the helpdesk service level agreements (SLA) to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution.
  • Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies to ensure the infrastructure remains current.
  • Provide training and development to the team to enhance their understanding of Azure and cloud management.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Microsoft AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure cloud technologies and systems.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administering and managing cloud-based networks.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with VM configuration and deployment within Azure.
  • Proficiency in managing organisational file storage using Azure Files.
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with advanced Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Experience with ITIL implementation.
  • Experience with Intune laptop deployment.
  • Physical network management experience.
  • Line management or team leadership experience.
