Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure production efficiency, quality, safety, and consistency by implementing Lean manufacturing principles and best practices.

  • Oversee maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment, ensuring machinery operates efficiently and safely.

  • Promote safety by adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies, conduct risk assessments, and implement hazard mitigation measures.

  • Evaluate the environmental performance and sustainability of products and supply chain, ensuring compliance with standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in production engineering, with a focus on both design and production.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and production management tools.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
