Job Summary:

Meditalent Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our client's physiotherapy team in Jersey. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, diagnoses, and treatments to patients in the outpatient department and/or ward.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the patient's specific needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • HCPC-registered, chartered physiotherapist.
  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being an effective team player.
  • Previous experience working in a hospital setting.
  • Ideally, 3 years of post-qualification physiotherapy experience, with rotational experience.
