We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Frazer Jones in Somerset. As a key member of our HR team, you will report to the HR Director EMEA and work closely with the UK Site Director to support the site's headcount of 60 and a further 40 in sales and marketing across Scandinavia.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multinational manufacturing business and contribute to the success of our organization. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the site leadership team, developing and implementing HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Provide HR support to site leadership team, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
