Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and support your team, leveraging our Leadership and Company Principles to drive success.
- Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
- Create an environment where your colleagues can thrive and succeed.
- Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences every time.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective delegation and team motivation skills.
- Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
