Pareto FM Account Director Job Description

Pareto FM is seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time, UK-based role that will oversee one of our major accounts, a leading online gaming business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage senior managers and their teams across M&E and TFM, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to execute activities that maintain high standards and ensure efficient property operations.
  • Develop and manage budgets, planning, and forecasting department expenditure, minimizing overspend and ensuring compliance.
  • Lead Performance Management activities for facilities team managers and team members.
  • Communicate operational maintenance, projects, or incident responses that may impact the business clearly.
  • Spearhead environmental projects and strategies, implementing sustainability initiatives across the business.
  • Present facilities management reports to stakeholders monthly, highlighting key metrics using data analysis.
Requirements:
  • At least eight to ten years of demonstrable FM service delivery experience.
  • Standard H&S related FM training, such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
  • General FM training, including L8 Awareness and Fire Warden training.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing directly employed and contractor maintenance staff.
  • Excellent vendor management, onboarding, and negotiation skills.
  • Personal qualities that align with Pareto FM's business values, including a dedicated professional approach, integrity, and full engagement with colleagues, clients, and teams.
