About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Contracts Manager to join our client's team, specialising in high-end residential and hotel projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in delivering successful electrical projects. Commercial experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage electrical contracts for high-end residential and hotel projects, overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Commercial Management: Manage project financials, including issuing purchase orders and handling variations, ensuring profitability and financial control across all projects.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations, exceeding quality standards and ensuring best practices are followed on-site.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment, building and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on electrical projects.
  • High-end residential and hotel experience is preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in project financial management.
