Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics to join our Theatre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anaesthetic care to patients undergoing surgery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement anaesthetic care plans for patients undergoing surgery
  • Collaborate with theatre teams to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures
  • Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide anaesthetic care to patients
  • Monitor and manage patient recovery post-surgery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong anaesthetic knowledge and skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
