About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team at Engel & Vlkers Dubai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on the purchasing of ready or off-plan properties, building strong relationships with clients, conducting market research, and successfully closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on the latest market trends, prices, and property developments.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, developers, and other industry professionals to stay informed about new properties and market opportunities.
  4. Work closely with clients to identify and negotiate the best possible deals, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process.
  5. Stay organized and manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet sales targets.

Requirements
  1. A strong background in real estate sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  3. Strong market knowledge and a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, particularly in relation to off-plan properties.
  4. A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred, but not required.
