About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Makeup Artist to join our team at Trinny London. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert makeup advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct makeup services, including pre-booked appointments and walk-ins, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver impeccable customer service, sharing your knowledge and expertise with each client.
  • Embody the Trinny London brand and style, providing a personalized experience for each customer.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with our education and training team to stay up-to-date with the latest makeup trends and techniques.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective product knowledge and artistry skills.
Requirements
  • Experience in a retail position, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Passionate about makeup and skincare, with a strong understanding of product knowledge.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Positive and can-do attitude, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Punctual and flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
