We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Barback to join our team at Experimental Cocktail Club Chinatown. As a Barback, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar, providing exceptional support to our bartenders and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and maintain the bar stations, including fruits, herbs, garnishes, spirits, syrups, glassware, and tools.
- Prepare and deliver fresh juice, fruits, and garnishes to the bartenders during service.
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked at all times, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the backbar area, equipment, and glassware.
- Assist with the opening and closing of the bar, following our procedural list.
- Interest in mixology and cocktail culture, with a desire to grow and develop.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and respond quickly to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
