The Role

We are seeking a skilled Case Management Specialist to join our diverse team based in Newcastle. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting injured workers to return to employment.

As a Case Management Specialist, you will be the central point of contact for the injured worker, employer, and stakeholders involved in the treatment plan. You will develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the injured worker receives the necessary support to return to work as promptly and safely as possible.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support people injured in the workforce, helping them through their physical or psychological injury
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate the injured worker's return to work
  • Implement active and timely strategies to improve recovery and return to work outcomes
About You
  • Experience in customer service, call centre/contact centre, or disability support roles is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work well within a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for helping people and ability to handle challenging conversations
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to think creatively when engaging with stakeholders
  • Empathetic, resilient, and able to work well under pressure
