Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Assistant to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy. As a Facilities Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients in the maintenance and upkeep of their facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of facilities, including equipment and systems.
  • Provide support for events and activities, including setup and cleanup.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of facilities, including common areas and storage spaces.
  • Assist with the management of inventory and supplies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Premises Manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a temporary position, working Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings on a rota basis. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
