About This Role

At Global Payments, we're committed to delivering best-in-class payment technology and software solutions. As a Fraud Specialist I, you'll play a critical role in our efforts to prevent and investigate credit card fraud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from our fraud detection system.
  • Analyze account history, including payment and transaction data, to identify suspicious activity.
  • Communicate with customers and merchants to gather additional information and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all investigation findings.
What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No relevant experience necessary, but previous work experience in a fraud-related field is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
