You will have a strong focus on delivering results, with a positive outlook and a willingness to learn and grow with our company. You will be responsible for ensuring that all stock items are of a quality standard and are in place to meet the production deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance of the stores department, including completing required paperwork, ordering stock, and putting stock away in the correct location.
  • Ensure that all stock items are of a quality standard and are in place to meet the production deadline.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to resolve stock issues and ensure that each department in the factory has the correct levels of stock required to manufacture all orders.
  • Ensure the stores department is clean and tidy, with products clearly marked and stored in the correct location.
  • Meet daily targets and achieve departmental KPIs, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or inventory control role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
