ROLE SUMMARY:


We are seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor who will assume comprehensive responsibility for multiple projects throughout the region.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to manage client relationships and oversee projects from inception to completion.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting audits, cost assessments, and evaluations of construction projects.
  • Engaging directly with clients while managing personal projects and verifying internal costs.
  • Overseeing daily programming and planning activities.
  • Providing guidance to junior staff as necessary.
  • Leading meetings and ensuring timely delivery of commissions.
  • Performing quality assurance checks on outputs produced by graduates and other team members.
  • Participating in Design Team meetings and offering insights on cost management issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations, practices, and procedures.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor should possess:
  • MRICS / Chartered Surveyor status is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in managing costs for building projects from feasibility studies to detailed cost planning and post-contract management.
  • A diverse background in consultancy or construction across multiple sectors.
  • Strong understanding of standard building contract forms, including JCT and NEC.
  • A dedication to providing an exceptional client experience.
