Job Summary:

Taylor James Professional Recruitment is seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our client's team in a permanent capacity. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning process and working closely with experienced advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and tailor high-quality suitability reports based on consultation with the adviser.
  • Attend client meetings as required, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct extensive research on key financial products to ensure the most suitable recommendations are made.
  • Prepare and complete compliant suitability reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or close to completion) is essential.
  • Experience in dealing with high net worth clients is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial and technical knowledge of financial planning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

What We Offer:

A competitive basic salary of between £35,000 and £50,000, home working options, full study support, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
