Job Summary:

Sacco Mann is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Private Client to lead the establishment of a brand-new Private Client team in their Lincoln office. As a key member of the firm, you will be responsible for setting up and managing this new team, working closely with the Residential Conveyancing team to deliver exceptional private client services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead a high-performing Private Client team, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of excellent client service.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share in the Private Client sector.
  • Collaborate with the Residential Conveyancing team to deliver integrated private client services, including Wills, LPAs, Probate, and other related services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and the local community to drive business growth and reputation.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and workflows to ensure efficient and effective team operations.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a strong work history in Private Client.
  • Proven track record of business development and team leadership in a senior Private Client role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
