We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Autism Mentors, supporting secondary-aged pupils with high-functioning autism in a wonderful school setting in Horsham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to students with autism, helping them navigate both academic and social challenges.
  • Build meaningful relationships to foster confidence, independence, and success.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
