Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to enhance our corporate tax division. This role is pivotal in managing complex and high-stakes assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with local partners to execute a variety of tax-related tasks.
- Engage with a broad spectrum of clients, including owner-managed enterprises, publicly listed companies, and both local and national charitable organizations.
- Participate in compliance activities and provide ad hoc advisory services, while also contributing to business development efforts to attract new clients.
Consultancy Expertise: You will be expected to deliver comprehensive corporate tax consultancy, which may encompass:
- Guidance on acquisition structuring.
- Research & Development tax relief and Patent Box strategies.
- International tax advisory services, including structuring, financing, and transfer pricing.
- Capital allowances assessments.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess ACA/ACCA/CTA qualifications and have progressed to Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager roles, with a career trajectory focused on corporate tax, developed through a blend of in-house and accountancy practice experiences.
Skills and Development: You will bring a combination of compliance and planning expertise, with potential specialization in certain areas of corporate tax advisory projects, while seeking to broaden your knowledge in other domains.
