Position Summary:
As a Lead Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients and offering a variety of insurance solutions. A background in sales is essential, along with a strong motivation to achieve targets.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: £30,000 per annum with potential earnings of £45,000 OTE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible hours between 8am and 7pm, with a unique 9-day fortnight schedule that includes a long weekend every other week.
Contract Type: Permanent

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to warm leads to present a range of insurance products
- Maximizing the potential of each lead and addressing any objections
- Maintaining compliance standards consistently
- Monitoring call performance to ensure targets are met
- Providing mentorship to junior team members
- Conducting thorough assessments with clients to ensure appropriate product recommendations
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven sales experience
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
- Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven, and regulated sales environment
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous
