About the Role:
As a Regional Cargo Sales Executive at First Choice Staff Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maximizing cargo sales for our principal carriers. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute effective sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and control all selling and marketing activities for our principal carriers.
- Interact with key stakeholders, including freight forwarders, direct shippers, and consignees, to identify opportunities and secure cargo revenue.
- Assist with telesales functions, quotations, and sales strategies for our principal carriers.
- Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop targeted sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the cargo industry and market trends. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and motivation to drive results.
